As an Operations Specialist in the Platform Quality team, you will take a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our platform operations. Your primary focus will be on conducting in-depth data analysis, implementing strategic initiatives, and driving continuous improvement projects to ensure exceptional partner performance and satisfaction. This position requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with strong project management capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
What you will be doing
Lead comprehensive quality and satisfaction audits to ensure our partners consistently meet the highest service standards.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to identify performance trends and optimize partner performance.
Engage proactively with regional operations and local merchant teams to identify opportunities for performance enhancement and process improvements.
Conduct advanced data analysis to draw insights and make informed strategic decisions.
Create detailed reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and track the impact of implemented initiatives.
Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and improve partner satisfaction.
Lead development projects aimed at refining operational processes and integrating new technologies.
Being the first point of contact for our merchant teams when it comes to daily operations.
Your focus of expertise will be working on above related to new verticals (retail, Wolt Drive,...).
Our humble expectations
+2 years of experience in operations, data analysis, account management, or a similar role, with a focus on quality assurance and performance optimization.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques; experience with Google Sheets, Looker, or other data applications is advantageous.
Proven track record of implementing data-driven strategies to improve performance and quality.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead projects, influence, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Based in Czechia and Croatia
