As the Operations Associate, you will be responsible for implementing initiatives to improve all aspects of delivery quality. This includes the Restaurant vertical and all new verticals in your region (e.g. Grocery, Parcel, Drive, etc.). Your role involves partnering deeply with both the local and global business teams to understand what needs to be accomplished to successfully “win” each specific business. You will then be responsible for achieving these targets by incubating experiments to drive long term investments across all countries you operate in.

You will be reporting to the Operations Team Lead - Platform Quality.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• You will be responsible for managing and ticket processing on Mondays related to CP incidents from the customer support and merchant teams.

• Collaborate closely with fleet partners to ensure compliance measures are adhered to by the fleets.

• Monitor the performance of fleet couriers and inform fleet partners of any outliers.

• Identify and implement optimizations for the Monday platform.

• Collaborating closely with both the Regional and Global teams on optimizations and launches.

• Complete documentation related to incidents involving courier activities.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and partners.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance and accurate documentation.

• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address incidents and implement optimizations.

• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with both regional and global teams.

• Fluent in English, Russian is advantage.

This role is based in Tashkent.
