What you’ll be doing:

• Answering day to day questions of our Merchant Partners with a same day response time
• Trying your best to provide long term solutions and best practices to educate and prevent the same question to arise on a recurring basis
•  Reporting any system issues or process gaps and helping to resolve them
•  Maintaining a close relationship with internal stakeholders to facilitate the smooth operation of the Merchant Team as a whole and help develop our processes and tools
• Occasionally visiting our partners
• Troubleshooting devices and preparing welcome packages for partners

• Great communication skills both verbally and in writing - it’s important to find the right tone with everyone
• Customer service or other partner relationship experience
• Accurate administrative skills
• Interest in hospitality, restaurants, gastronomy - you will have the opportunity to get to know hundreds of restaurants and retail partners
• Fluency in both Hungarian & English
• Driver’s license
