As a Mx Gear Logistics Associate (m/w/d), you’ll be acting as a key factor in onboarding, managing and coordinating gear for our new and existing partners in giving them a unique Wolt experience. You will be closely working together with the restaurant and retail onboarding team to prepare our partners' gear, manage the inventory and ensure month-on-month product availability. 

As such, we need a strong hands-on self-starter to drive the inventory and gear of new and existing partners.

What you can expect to be doing: 

• Prepare hardware for new and existing Wolt merchants in Germany.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy between received items and ordered invoices.
• Scan and update inventory items using our management system, maintaining precise records of incoming and outgoing stock.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks to uphold consistent product availability.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels for production and proactively prepare for peak periods.
• Efficiently arrange items and equipment for a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace.
• Perform physical tasks involving lifting, moving, and handling inventory.

Our humble expectations:

• Previous experience in inventory management and warehouse operations within a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organisational skills, acute attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills for collaboration within cross-functional teams, both internally and externally.
• Familiarity with supply chain operations is advantageous.
• Proficiency with technical tools (e.g. inventory management tools) is beneficial.
• Hands-on mentality, adept at maintaining composure in stressful situations, and always ready to take initiative.
• Self-motivated, comfortable adapting to changing requirements, priorities, or procedures.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
