Marketing Intern – Wolt Marketing Team

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the Restaurant and New Verticals Marketing Managers and Content Specialist in the Finnish marketing team. On a daily basis you will support the team on various projects related to both campaigns as well as contribute to standalone cross-functional projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience of Wolt’s marketing initiatives in the founding market. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Content creation for various channels and use cases, such as newsletters, push messages, hero banners, in-app messages and Wolt’s social media. 

• Localizing regional marketing copies and assets to Finnish. 

• Research past campaign performance and prepare recommendations for improvements based on data insights.

• Assist with marketing tasks in selected cross-functional projects with local restaurant & retail teams. 

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improving new customer acquisition, customer engagement and retention in Finland through marketing activities.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.

• Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop are considered a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Native-level Finnish skills and excellent communication skills in English required.
