Wolt has been growing rapidly in Denmark since we entered the market in 2017, and we now partner with more than 4,000 restaurants across over 50 cities. For Wolt, everything starts with restaurants. If there are no restaurants, there are no customers, and if there are no customers, there are no couriers. Thus, restaurant partnerships are a crucial part of Wolt’s success. 

As our Key Account Manager based in Copenhagen, Denmark, you will manage an exclusive portfolio of up to 20 top-tier restaurant accounts, ranging from multinational Quick Service Restaurants to celebrated local favorites. Your mission is to forge stronger bonds, help your partners succeed, drive profitability, and enhance operational effectiveness across your portfolio by leveraging a continuously expanding suite of technologically advanced products and services.

In addition to managing your portfolio, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic projects designed to elevate the success of all Danish restaurant partners on Wolt's platform. By identifying opportunities for growth and enhanced operational efficiency, you will initiate and drive projects that benefit not only our restaurant partners but also significantly improve the overall user experience on our platform.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and strengthen relationships: Develop deep connections with key accounts, becoming an essential part of their growth and success on our platform.

  • Conduct strategic business reviews: Regularly assess partner performance, identify key needs and prioritize actions that maximize impact.

  • Drive revenue growth: Utilize a data-driven approach to propel revenue growth for your restaurant partners and Wolt.

  • Implement product innovations: Introduce cutting-edge Wolt products and services to expand partner offerings and increase their revenue.

  • Negotiate and collaborate: Work closely with your partners to refine terms and co-create marketing campaigns that amplify reach and customer engagement.

  • Champion operational excellence: Lead initiatives that enhance partner operations and ensure an unmatched experience for Wolt users.

  • Experienced professional: Proven track record in business development or account management, particularly with high-level stakeholder engagement.

  • Analytical strategist: Adept at using advanced analytics and BI tools (such as Looker or PowerBI) to draw insights and drive decisions.

  • Project pioneer: Skilled in turning broad challenges into structured projects with clear objectives, collaborating effectively across borders and teams.

  • Dynamic negotiator and communicator: Excellent at negotiation, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to forge lasting relationships.

  • Driven and dependable: A proactive, reliable individual who thrives managing multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines.

  • Language proficiency: Fluent in Danish and English, ensuring seamless communication with local and international stakeholders
