Wolt is seeking a Junior Flutter Engineer to join our Merchant App team, which develops the primary operational tool used by thousands of venues in over 25 countries. As part of this team, you'll contribute to the ongoing development of our Flutter-based application, which is used by more than 100,000 merchants.

The Merchant App team is a cross-functional group composed of 4 backend engineers and 2 frontend engineers. Together, we are rethinking and rebuilding the Merchant App to enhance the experience for venues worldwide. With a focus on new development, the team is constantly evolving to meet the needs of our growing user base, while minimizing support for the existing iOS app.

Our in-store operations team, consisting of engineers, a QA specialist, a designer, a data analyst, a product lead, and a team lead, collaborates closely to build scalable solutions for retail. We stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the Flutter/Dart community, adopting best practices to ensure the quality and performance of our applications.

📍This role can be office-based in our tech hub in Helsinki.

• 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in software development, preferably within a team environment
• A demonstrated passion for continuous learning and professional growth as an engineer
• Strong enthusiasm for building high-quality products that deliver value to users
• A solid technical foundation gained through formal education or self-directed learning
• A problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and a proactive, hands-on approach to tackling challenges

Nice-to-Haves:

• Practical experience with Flutter or other mobile development frameworks
• A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
