Are you an experienced HR leader in Greece with a genuine interest in high growth companies? Are you excited at the prospect of managing and scaling a regional HR and Talent Development function in a truly global tech organization? If this sounds like you, then we’d love to chat!
At Wolt, our People Team consists of about 200 HR, Talent, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition professionals across multiple locations including Athens, Budapest, Helsinki, Copenhagen, Berlin, Tel-Aviv, Tallinn, Tbilisi, and Tokyo. We are a global People function, respected by the teams we support and partner with. As we enter our next growth stage, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Greece.
As our HR Manager MED, you will take holistic ownership of HR operations at our Greece office, overseeing Cyprus, Malta, and Albania. Your primary focus will be to audit and enhance the existing HR foundations while driving our HR function to the next level. You will operate in a dynamic environment of rapid expansion across the Mediterranean region in both our core business and Wolt Market.
We are seeking someone with a strong generalist HR background, particularly in HR operations, talent management, and business HR. Ideally, you have led an HR function in Greece or served as a senior HR Business Partner. Team leadership experience and a genuine passion for enhancing the employee experience are essential for success in this role.
You’ll need a "builder" mindset, comfortable working with autonomy, and leading from the front by rolling up your sleeves and driving HR initiatives.
