  • Drive Retail Sales Growth: Spearhead the month-over-month sales growth of key retail venues. Oversee their performance by analyzing critical KPIs, conducting thorough quality and satisfaction checks, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Ensure Account Managers build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with retail partners. Serve as the primary liaison between these partners and our operations team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and Implement Team Vision: Create and implement a clear vision for your team’s success, equipping them with the insights, tools, and strategies needed to achieve KPIs and align with company goals.
  • Monitor and Act on Country Metrics: Track and analyze country-specific data metrics, taking proactive actions to meet or exceed national targets. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with local and global Wolt teams to ensure a holistic approach to account management and partner success, integrating feedback and insights across departments.
  • Set and Review KPIs: Establish clear KPIs for the Account Management Team, regularly review performance, and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
  • Partner Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with partners to develop and implement home-delivery strategies that align with their business objectives and drive mutual success.
  • Translate Feedback into Action: Gather and analyze feedback from partners, working closely with Wolt’s global team to implement actionable improvements in product, marketing, and operations.
  • Contribute to Business Objectives: Align account management efforts with broader business objectives, such as market expansion, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Our humble expectations

  • Solid experience in a key account management role with a background in marketplace or e-commerce  
  • Experience in brick-and-mortar business/supermarket is essential
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing teams.
  • A proactive, 'can-do' mindset, with strong self-motivation and a track record of delivering results.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and partner success through strategic planning, performance measurement, and effective communication.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to suit different audiences.
  • Experience with analytics platforms or advanced Excel skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
  • Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in both German and English.
