What you’ll be doing

As a Quality Development Specialist, you’ll help make sure our customer support stays excellent across all countries we operate in. You’ll do this by running audits, digging into data, and working closely with local teams to spot what’s working and where we can improve.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

  • Review and analyze audit results to spot trends and highlight areas for improvement

  • Put together clear, easy-to-understand reports on what’s going well and what needs attention

  • Check customer support conversations to make sure they meet our quality standards

  • Be the go-to person for country teams when they need help with tools or questions about quality

  • Keep our systems and trackers running smoothly and support teams using them

  • Share best practices and learnings so everyone benefits from what we discover

  • You’re comfortable working with data and can turn it into insights that drive action

  • You’ve got a sharp eye for detail and know how to spot things that others might miss

  • You have experience working with quality tools and systems, and you can support others using them

  • You’re a clear communicator and can explain complex things in a simple way

  • You enjoy working with others and are happy to share what you’ve learned

  • You take responsibility for making sure important issues get flagged and followed up
