As a Wolt Market Content Associate you are responsible for creating and enhancing the retail selection on the Wolt Market online catalogue. You will have an important role in ensuring a wolt-class customer experience and driving conversion.
In this role, you’ll get a lot of help and support on the way, but are also expected to be an amazing independent specialist with an exceptional ability to execute every single day.
What you’ll be doing
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Customers First: Take customer signals and their suggestions to improve the catalogue further.
- Passion for Details: Responsible that the Product content is accurate and up-to-date, as far as it concerns relevant product information and other customer-relevant parameters such as accurate meta-data and categories for an efficient customer journey.
- Creativity: Prepare and upload media content to the products for an enhanced customer experience
- Analytical Detective: Identify the main catalogue-driven pain-points and solve them in order to ensure the correctly functioning customer journey, by analyzing available product data, and research missing information in collaboration with vendors (distributors/direct vendors/brandbank) to confirm product details in order to keep the catalogue up to date.
- Efficiency: Find ways to standardise and automate your daily work and share with the global content community, while keeping search optimisation needs in mind.
- Share & Learn: Follow the content strategy guidelines to enhance our customer experience, and suggest improvements.
- Team Player: Collaborate with Category, Inventory and Operations Managers to improve our assortment and drive higher sales and conversion.
Our humble expectations
- Experience in dealing with processes and transforming large amounts of data into customer relevant information to improve user experience.
- High attention to detail including precise and effective prioritisation to be able to manage multiple, competing topics.
- Ability to dive deep into a predefined problem, perform ‘Root Cause Analysis’ and identify constraints to recommend a path forward.
- Passion for delivering great customer experience.
- Excellent skills in Google Suite or MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Photoshop experience is a plus
- Fluency in English and in a relevant local language.
Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications. Please note, that the starting pay may vary if the candidate does not fully meet the expectations as outlined in this job posting.
The salary below is the monthly salary range for this position.
