We’re now looking for a Workday Integrations Engineer to join the team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving real-world business problems through clean, reliable integrations — and who wants to see their work directly improve how people experience HR day to day.

📍This role is based in Helsinki, Finland. If you are not based in Finland, we ´ ll be supporting your relocation.
What You’ll Be Doing

Build and maintain integrations between Workday and internal or external systems using tools like Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, and more.

Own the entire integration lifecycle — from gathering requirements through design, testing, deployment, documentation, and support.

Ensure data integrity, system security, and audit compliance (SOC, SOX, etc.).

Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve how our HR systems operate at scale.

Work cross-functionally with People, Finance, and Tech teams to align technical solutions with business needs.

Lead integration efforts during Workday upgrades and new feature releases.
What We’re Looking For

4-5 years of experience in Workday integrations.

Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, BIRT, PECI, and Document Transformation.

Experience with XSLT, XTT/ETV, and complex report building.

Strong analytical and communication skills, with a high standard of discretion and reliability.

A proactive mindset and the ability to lead integration projects end-to-end.

Workday integration certification is a plus.
