We are seeking a motivated and experienced Ad Sales Specialist to join our Ads and Promotions team in Israel. This role focuses on managing the entire sales process for both Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) and Enterprise clients, helping them leverage Wolt Ads and Promotions to achieve their business goals. You will play a key role in driving growth by building strong relationships and delivering tailored advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
Proactively reach out to business owners and Enterprises to introduce Wolt Ads and Promotions.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers, including business owners, marketing leads, operations managers, and C-level executives.
Sales - full cycle process:
Understand client needs and present customized advertising solutions.
- Deliver high-quality sales presentations and manage objections effectively.
- Own the full sales cycle, including lead generation, creating proposals, and closing deals.
- Provide ongoing support, including technical training on the Wolt Ads platform and after-sales service.
Pipeline & Account Management:
Independently manage a dynamic sales pipeline, ensure timely follow-ups, and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Develop tailored advertising strategies for SMB and enterprise clients and maintain strategic partnerships.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in outbound sales, ideally with SMBs or enterprise clients.
- 3+ years of experience in sales management in relevant industries (advertising sales, restaurants, retail)
Skills:
- Strong ability to understand client’s needs and provide customized solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic sales reporting.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on win-win solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Previous experience in digital sales within e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Looker or similar analytics tools.
- Experience within the Restaurant or Retail industry is a big plus!
- This is a field position that includes a company car; a valid driver's license is required, along with the ability to independently manage your pipeline and client accounts.
