About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt’s Global Sustainability team manages a five pillar Sustainability Strategy covering all business verticals and the 30+ countries that Wolt operates in. - Global Fundraising & Philanthropy - Work closely with our product developers and marketing teams to align global efforts around fundraising from the business, customers, and merchant partners (e.g. designing and aligning existing annual holiday campaigns).
- Partnership Management - Support the initiation and management of global partnerships focused on food insecurity, food waste reduction, and courier partner social inclusion. Serve as a key point of contact for NGOs, nonprofits, and other partners, escalating complex matters as needed.
- Community Engagement - Support local teams in implementing community programs, helping coordinate between regional offices and local organizations. (e.g., assist regional and People teams to implement a global employee volunteering program).
- Measurement & Impact Analysis - Collaborate with the analytics team to establish and track key metrics for social impact initiatives. Help compile and analyze program data, creating regular reports to showcase progress and identify areas for improvement.
