Application and review

A human sees your application! Make it real, make it honest and let your personality shine through. Humble bragging is welcome. 😉 If it feels like we might be a match, we'll invite you to the next step.

Interviews

Depending on the role, you might be involved in group or 121 interviews over video or at one of our offices. This interview stage will typically consist of 1-3 rounds with different people from the Wolt team.

Assignment

To get you familiar with the role, we also include a role-specific assignment and depending on the task, we might ask you to present it back to us. The purpose of this step is to give you a taste of your potential role and for us to see a little deeper how you'd approach it.

Decision and offer

At this point, we'll know each other pretty well.
