In Norway, we are active in 58 cities and just getting started. Food delivery was only the beginning and today our platform also covers groceries, cosmetics, flowers, toys, electronics, books and more.
The Marketing Lead / Head of Marketing is a strategic role driving commercial, brand, content and social media marketing in Norway. Reporting to the Regional Director of Growth & Marketing, you will build merchant partnerships for co-marketing campaigns, collaborate with influencers and local teams, and create content that supports national and hyper-local initiatives. You’ll ensure alignment with global brand guidelines while optimizing for growth and efficiency.
What you’ll be doing
- Align the country marketing calendar with global initiatives
- Shape the national marketing strategy, balancing OKRs, budgets, and global campaigns
- Work with local leadership, global marketing, and commercial teams to meet business goals
- Build and manage partnerships, leading joint campaigns with key accounts
- Execute social media campaigns with influencers, ensuring brand consistency
- Support city and area expansions with tailored campaigns
- Oversee creation of local marketing materials and content
- Lead and develop a team of Marketing Managers and Specialists
What We’re Looking For
- 6–10+ years’ experience in strategic and operational marketing, ideally in B2C, tech, or e-commerce
- Experience in cross-functional, matrixed organizations
- Proven track record of leading and developing teams
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and planning skills
- Hands-on campaign execution and social media management experience
- Strong content creation, partnership marketing and budget management skills
- Excellent English; fluency in local languages is a plus
