What you’ll be doing

As a Field Operations Associate, you’ll be part of Wolt’s frontline operations team, working hands-on in the field to identify and resolve operational and safety-related challenges. You’ll help maintain high service standards and represent Wolt in interactions with couriers, businesses, and municipalities across our active cities.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

  • Conduct field tours across Wolt’s active operation areas in Israel.
  • Identify and report operational, safety, and service-related issues in the field.
  • Monitor courier behavior, delivery standards, and proper use of equipment.
  • Support operational problem-solving between couriers, merchants, and commercial locations.
  • Collaborate with municipalities and external partners when needed.
  • Document cases and insights in Monday.com and follow up until resolution.
  • Participate in operational escalations, meetings, and team updates.

Our humble expectations

  • Strong understanding of operational environments and ability to make independent decisions in the field.
  • High interpersonal communication skills and confidence in face-to-face interactions.
  • Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic and sometimes unpredictable environment.
  • Previous experience in field or operational roles – an advantage.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Availability for at least 4 part-time shifts per week (no weekends), including at least 2 morning shifts.
  • Motorcycle license (A1) – an advantage.
