What you’ll be doing
As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding Wolt’s venue network in Iceland. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from identifying and pitching new partners to closing deals and ensuring successful onboarding in close collaboration with internal teams. Performance in this role is measured by results: closed deals, new live venues, and sustained pipeline growth.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Actively prospect the market to identify untapped acquisition opportunities across restaurants and retail
- Close 8–10 new partner deals per month and follow through with onboarding teams to ensure smooth launches
- Manage and maintain a strong, well-structured pipeline using tools such as Pipedrive
- Plan and execute targeted sales campaigns, leveraging data and AI to prioritize opportunities and increase efficiency
- Use AI-driven insights to speed up sales analysis, automate reporting, and keep sales documentation accurate and up to date
- Spend time in the field meeting partners face-to-face, building trust, and forming long-term relationships
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partner success and long-term value creation
Our humble expectations
You’ll do well at Wolt if you:
- Have 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Have a proven track record of closing deals and consistently hitting sales targets
- Bring high energy and genuinely enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and being out in the field
- Are comfortable working with data, sales tools, and AI to drive smarter, more scalable sales processes
- Take strong ownership and enjoy autonomy and responsibility
- Are entrepreneurial, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Can adapt quickly in a rapidly evolving market
- Are fluent in Icelandic and English
Experience within restaurant, hospitality, retail, insurance, banking, or other B2B-focused industries is considered a plus, but not a requirement.
