Join us as the first Imaging Associate in Uzbekistan and help shape how customers experience our merchants’ menus on Wolt. In this role, you’ll be working on improving photography quality to ensure every menu item looks appealing, accurate, and aligned with Wolt’s unique visual style.
You’ll work with partners, vendors, and internal teams to build a smooth onboarding experience and ensure full photo coverage across menus. As the first role in Uzbekistan focused on imaging at Wolt, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how our customers visually experience our merchants’ menus. What you’ll be doing
The day-to-day will evolve with the company’s continued growth, but in this role, you are going to, among many other things.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Photoshooting & Imaging
- Organize photoshoots for our restaurant and retail partners and will be responsible for editing and delivering the final photo assets in line with our quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Ensure 100% menu photo coverage for all merchants in Uzbekistan and maintain consistently high-quality images across every menu item.
- Coordinate all imaging workflows by working closely with external photography vendors and internal teams, ensuring everything is delivered on time and up to Wolt’s standards.
- Organize and coordinate photography sessions for our merchants when needed and edit images in our internal tools to ensure they meet Wolt’s visual style and quality expectations.
- Build and maintain an organized internal photo database, keeping all dish photos structured and updated across different menu categories.
- Act as the main point of contact for all imaging-related topics in Uzbekistan — monitoring quality, supporting Sales and Onboarding teams, and keeping everyone aligned on imaging needs.
Our humble expectations
- Ability to plan and conduct on-site photo sessions for retail and restaurant partners across both verticals, ensuring brand and quality standards are met.
- Strong eye for photo quality and ability to edit images using photo-editing tools when needed.
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented - able to take ownership and keep imaging tasks running smoothly.
- Experience coordinating with vendors and working cross-functionally with teams like Onboarding, Imaging, and Vendors.
- Hands-on mindset - someone ready to roll up their sleeves and jump in wherever needed to get things done.
- Experience in food photography and product/store positioning for retail is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Uzbek, Russian (would be a plus), and English
