Role Background
The Account Management team is at the core of Wolt’s mission. As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll play a vital role in helping our restaurant partners succeed on our platform. You’ll learn the ins and outs of operations, marketing, logistics, and product - anything to unlock sustainable growth for your partners.
You’ll gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Operations, and Sales, as well as Senior Leadership, making this the perfect role to launch your career in at Wolt.

- Build and manage relationships with key restaurant partners: Be the go-to person for your portfolio of partners, ensuring they feel supported and engaged.
- Drive performance and growth: Use datapoints from various sources to identify opportunities to accelerate your partners’ businesses, and improve the value of our platform.
- Deliver outstanding partner experiences: Keep restaurant partners informed, engaged and happy utilizing various communication channels and in-person visits.
- Promote Wolt’s services: Introduce partners to new features, campaigns, and services such as Wolt+, Ads, and Promotions.
- Research and innovate: Stay ahead of market trends and propose initiatives to enhance Wolt’s value proposition.

Our humble expectations
- Fluent in German, conversational in English
- 1+ years of experience in Account Mgmt, CRM, Sales, Project Mgmt, Consulting, Marketing or similar
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to build trust and adapt to different audiences
- Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and a problem-solving mindset
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus
It’s a bonus if you have…
- Knowledge or experience in the Food and Beverage, Hospitality, or Restaurant industry
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets or Google Workspace
- Experience using data visualization tools like Looker Dashboards
