 This is not a drab call centercallcentre job! Wolt moves fast. So, at Support, we move even faster. Working in our funky modern office, alongside all our other teams, you’ll proactively pre-empt and solve problems at lightning speed. And you’ll do it all through real human-to-human conversations on live chat and phone. 

Clearly and simply responding to questions and queries, you’ll be the reassuring voice (and charming chat) of Wolt. With a bit of common sense and a lot of natural charisma, you’ll resolve issues with your quick thinking and local knowledge, helping us exceed expectations and make sure things run smoothly.

Part of the friendly, fun and diverse team working in our funky modern office, you’ll deal with local users, merchants and the courier partners who help bring the two together. 

Wolt works 24/7, so this is a shift-based role. There’s plenty of room for flexibility to match your schedule, but you’ll probably need to work mornings, nights and weekends at some point.
