To accelerate further, and optimize our existing core business with our largest restaurant chains, we are looking for an Enterprise team lead, to lead our Enterprise Key Account Management Team.
In this role, you are team lead and responsible for the Enterprise function, driving commercial efforts for our biggest multinational restaurant partners. You will work in the Account Management team ensuring we give our most strategic restaurant partners the biggest value and growth possible through our partnership.
In this role you combine managíng a team, with enterprise sales and analytical performance management as well as commercial excellence, to help our partners grow with our platform.
You will lead complex, multi-national enterprise partnerships in a highly consultative manner. You are capable of engaging in business development and P&L focused conversations with C-level executives at the biggest multinational restaurant chains. You naturally balance relationship management with using data and insights to drive sales and account performance. You are not afraid to be hands on and take initiatives to resolve problems and facilitate growth.
What you’ll be doing
Manage and lead the Enterprise team to support their growth journey, and reach best possible commercial success with our partners
Actively build relationships with key Enterprise Restaurants merchants, to position Wolt as a partner of choice to enable their omni-channel sales strategy
Give support and insights during negotiations to secure profitable growth and closer partnership
Use data to be the business expert and drive commercial and strategic discussions regarding enterprise partnerships on a day-to-day basisSet the local Enterprise strategy to accelerate Wolt’s market penetration
Identify, implement and deliver on suitable OKR’s for the Enterprise Team
Be the local go to and business expert on any matter regarding the Enterprise function
Work closely with Wolt leadership and cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient internal collaboration
Continuously develop the function and tool kit to secure continuous growth and profitability
Provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching to help the team grow and develop in their roles
Lead by example in terms of demonstrating Wolt values and behaviors

Proven ability to strategically manage and expand commercial partnerships, backed by 7+ years of experience in business development, key account management or sales
A deal closer and process builder within a mix of startup and larger enterprise roles Fortune 500 companies, preferably in the Technology, Retail or Grocery sector
A strong leader with solid experience of managing a team to develop and reach success
Experience in developing and implementing new ways of working towards operational and commercial excellence
Great commercial skills – you have a sharp instinct for high-potential opportunities and can confidently assess and communicate their P&L impact, ensuring data-driven decision-making
A leader with the ability to work hands on with your team to engage and rapidly deliver successful performance improvements with measurable impact
Flexible and adaptable - you can be highly strategic but also get into the details where needed
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
