You are part of the live operation, communicating with all Wolt users - customers, couriers or restaurants - providing the best support a hungry person could wish for.
- Processing incoming live chats from our customers, venues and couriers in shifts.
- Development of our support function together with the support team as well as other teams within Wolt.
- You provide both inbound and outbound support via phone calls.
- Proactive problem solving by monitoring order volume with our internal tools
- Ensuring that the delivery operation runs smoothly, in close consultation with the operations team.

- You have excellent communication skills - speak fluent German and can express yourself well in English.
- This is a shift work position. You can work mornings, evenings and even weekends - Wolt is available to his clients seven days a week.
- You have already gained experience in customer-oriented jobs and are a team player.
- You have a quick grasp, an eye for detail and never lose sight of the big picture.
- You are tech-savvy and interested in digital products.
We offer an attractive salary starting at 28.000€ p.a. (40h/week) which is adjusted and increased depending on qualifications and professional experience.
