We are looking for a supply chain lead with a strong bias for action, who is excited to solve systems challenges and drive the Merchant logistics operation through a global set-up. You will be focusing on optimizing, defining and operationalizing the logistics operation strategies across the 29 different Wolt markets that we currently are operating in.

The set-up is currently still in an implementation phase, and the goal is to increase the number of merchant onboarding integrations and expand the number of integrated merchant onboarding markets in the portfolio. You’ll join the Supply chain team, where we are focussing on building a world class operational excellence, for our internal and external partners, to support the growth of Wolt at a competitive cost, service and quality level. 

To be successful in this role, you will need to understand the logistics operations and Wolt’s merchant onboarding processes and how to include integrations into the mix. You will partner closely across internal country operation teams, procurement, finance and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Managing our 3PL partner, ensure the logistics operation is running according to the SOP, IOP and KPI.
• Forecasting: Work closely with our demand planner to manage the stock availability and logistics ops forecast.
• Managing the daily troubleshooting issues of our tech gears between 3PL and IT.
• Managing the daily In-/outbound flow, end-to-end logistics onboarding process for new restaurants and retail merchants across current and future expansions.
• Driving warehouse and Last Mile process improvements and updating the SOP & IOP..
• Leading and maintaining the merchant onboarding website, including gear updates, system errors and developments.
• Collaborate across internal stakeholders, to ensure the logistics operation is in compliance with the merchant business requirements, involving in gear phasing & updates.

• Relevant experience within Supply chain.
• Experience in working with 3PL logistics partner, transportation, warehouse operation within a fast-paced environment. 
• Fluent in English
• Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration within cross-functional teams, both internally and externally.
• Tech-savvyness and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new system tools (e.g web shop or system integration) is a plus.
• Experience with Excel/Google sheets will be a strong advantage.
• Hands-on, get it done mentality, adept at maintaining composure in stressful situations, and always ready to take initiative.
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a drive to continuously improve on own processes while raising the bar. 
• Comfortable adapting to changing requirements, priorities, or procedures.
• The role will be located in Hungary. For internal candidates Berlin is also an option.
