As our Senior Operations Specialist - Courier Supply, you will be responsible for the supply of our Courier Partners in our region and making sure that they have everything needed in order to provide the best quality of service throughout all stages of delivery - from our restaurants & retailers to the customers.

In our Operations team, no day is the same, so you need to be self-motivated, driven to succeed, and have excellent interpersonal, and community-building skills! 

What you'll be doing

• Suggest new opportunities to improve courier supply based on industry insights and data-driven findings;

• Use analytical skills to balance courier supply and demand, ensuring optimal delivery operations;

• Work with internal teams and external partners (e.g., fleet companies) to align on courier supply needs and goals;

• Share process improvement ideas and help streamline courier supply to support scalability;

• Follow up on initiatives prioritized by the team lead or manager, with the potential to lead larger efforts and own a functional workstream in the future;

• Assist operations supply team in managing courier supply and resolving issues to ensure timely deliveries.

• Attitude for action and ownership beyond the obvious. You are constantly looking for opportunities to improve and have the determination to drive change;

• You are a people person, an excellent communicator and a big team motivator, as you will have daily contact with our partners;

• You are a fast learner and attentive to both small details and the bigger picture;

• Natural tendency for ownership: we grow quickly, everyone has too much stuff to do, and just because something’s not in your job description doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do it;

• The ability to work in cross-functional teams, maintain and manage relationships with stakeholders;

• You have the ability to think analytically and use analytical tools, experience with tools such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel;

• You are fluent in Greek and English.
