Role Overview:
As a Senior Creative Producer, you will be the key point of contact (POC) for the Growth Marketing team, responsible for managing and optimizing the creative processes that support our growth objectives. This role focuses on overseeing agency and freelancer relationships, ensuring high-quality, innovative creative outputs across channels, and bridging our brand and growth teams to create scalable, on-brand marketing assets. The Senior Creative Producer will play a crucial role in developing and executing creative strategies that resonate with our audiences and drive results.
What you’ll be doing:
- Agency and Freelancer Management:
- Manage relationships with creative agencies and freelancers, ensuring their work aligns with growth objectives and brand standards.
- Build, train, and maintain a network of agencies and freelancers to meet the creative needs of the Growth Marketing team efficiently and effectively.
- Creative Process Development:
- Serve as the main POC for all growth creative topics, building and refining processes that best support the team’s objectives.
- Develop frameworks and guidelines to help agencies and designers understand growth marketing requirements while encouraging innovation.
- Collaborate with the brand teams to ensure a seamless transition of brand values into performance-driven creative outputs.
- Collaborative Alignment:
- Work closely with the regional brand teams to standardize ways of working, share best practices across markets, and provide creative assets for always-on content.
- Build an understanding of performance-driven creative across different marketing stakeholders (channel best practices, understanding data, tailoring tactical vs brand assets).
- Align copy and messaging needs with the global brand teams to ensure consistency across all growth channels.
- Support Growth Marketing team members with creative expertise on various campaigns, ensuring they align with overarching growth strategies.
- Innovation and Data-Driven Creative Development:
- Develop and oversee new Performance Marketing (PM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts/approaches that are on-brand and data-driven, allowing for effective testing and optimization.
- Lead tech/data-related projects within Growth Marketing to enhance targeting, measurement, and scalability of creative assets.
- Foster a test-and-learn culture, using data insights to inform creative strategy and guide future directions for PM assets.
- Strategic Creative Planning:
- Drive innovative creative development by coordinating with the Brand and Growth teams, ensuring that all assets meet channel-specific needs while pushing creative boundaries.
- Build and maintain processes that enable designers to produce optimized, high-impact assets for various growth marketing channels.
Our humble expectations
- Proven experience in performance-driven creative development, ideally in tech companies (e-commerce, adtech, gaming, app, etc.)
- Familiar with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and project management platforms
- Knowledge of channel-specific creative best practices for growth marketing (e.g., Paid Social, Display, CRM, offline marketing).
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas effectively.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Proven experience managing creative processes, including creative agency and freelancer coordination, to produce high-quality outputs at scale.
- Understanding of performance-driven marketing concepts, including A/B testing, data-informed decision-making and strategies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Ownership mentality with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Nice to have skills and experience:
- Experience in multi-market growth campaigns, managing diverse cultural and regional needs.
- Familiarity with automation tools or processes related to marketing creative.
- Understanding of brand storytelling and its application in performance marketing.
- Previous work experience in a gaming company.
