Role background

Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. On our mobile app or website, customers can order their favourite meals from our restaurant partners, and either pick their order up or have it delivered by our courier partners.

As we are growing rapidly, we need Sales Support Specialist to support growing Wolt’s restaurant portfolio by assisting our Restaurant Sales Managers in administrative tasks both online and with clients over the phone. 

What you'll be doing:

• Ensuring high Wolt service standards by conducting frequent quality checks on our store portfolio.
• Collaborating with key accounts to provide the best possible experience for partners.
• Handling complex projects to improve sales support operations.
• Lead internal development projects to ensure that our app is up to date.
• Assisting internal and external stakeholders, offering support and guidance.
• Communicating with restaurant key partners on a daily basis to resolve any issues that may come

What we’re looking for

• 2-3 years experience in project management - involving multiple stakeholders and partner accounts
• Proactive and reliable team player 
• Strong problem-solving skills and an independent mentality - deliver results while handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills - you will be working with a lot of different people
• Structured, detailed and service-oriented - independent, thinks outside the box, 
• Fluent in Greek & able to work in English
• High interest towards analytics is a plus
