The Sales Development Associate works in close cooperation with the Restaurant and Retail Development Managers and Support Associates to help our restaurant and retail partners maximise their opportunity for success.
The Sales Development Associate is responsible for assisting our restaurant and retail partners in onboarding the venues, ensuring their menus and catalogs are updated on the platform and offering general day-to-day support.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Onboarding venues into Wolt’s platform. This includes photography, menu & catalogs, POS integration, translation and training.
- Managing ongoing improvements to restaurant and retail partner menus and catalogs on the platform.
- Using data to proactively contact restaurant and retail partners in order to improve their performance, while also assisting our Support team in handling partners more complex support tickets.
- Working alongside our Marketing team and restaurant and retail partners to assist with value-added marketing campaigns to increase restaurant orders.
- Assisting the restaurant and retail team with other ad-hoc tasks
Our humble expectations
- Solid experience from a previous support, administration, or account management role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.
- Experience from within the restaurant or retail industry is a plus.
- Structured, detailed and service-oriented.
- Self-starter with a passion for food.
- Fluent in Latvian and English.

Salary: monthly compensation for this role is 1900 EUR/ gross.
