As a Retail Team Lead, your focus will be on leading the team, driving incremental revenue and providing the tools and support for our partners to make sure they thrive on our platform and increase sales while improving operational aspects. With this in mind, you need to be super passionate about Account Management and Business Development, but also able to adapt and change your tone and approach depending on the type of partner you’re working with. 
 

What you'll be doing

• Leading and developing our superstar team of salespeople and account managers in the Retail team.
• Driving and managing growth of our current venues by improving venue performance by strong analysis and frequent quality and satisfaction checks
• Responsible for the overall Retail Partners’ relationship post-onboarding
• Key communicator between our operations and Retail Partners
• Working closely together with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns together with Retail Partners
• Analysing the local market on an ongoing basis
• Actively monitoring what our competitors are doing and reporting back

• You have experience managing a team 
• You have a proven track record in process development and optimization 
• You have solid experience in people management - juggling multiple tasks and stakeholders 
• Quality assurance is in your nature - you know how to define a solid process for this and drive it throughout your team
• You have strong time management and prioritization skills 
• You are extremely proactive in identifying and tackling foreseen bottlenecks 
• Industry experience and/or background working in retail is a plus
• Fluent in Greek and English
