As an Account Manager Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with high profile restaurants, focusing on business growth, optimizing development and performance optimization. Your primary goal will be to maximize sales opportunities, increase business development by also using Wolt’s campaign tools, achieve key business performance targets and ensure partner satisfaction.
You will serve as the main point of contact for restaurants, working closely with restaurant owners and managers to support their needs to further deepen our partnership with the restaurant.
The Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of the restaurant partnership, from daily operational needs to business development, commercial terms, and onboarding new top tier venues. You will use data analysis, commercial expertise, and sales skills to create value and drive growth for your partners.
What You'll Be Doing:
Driving and managing the growth of your restaurant portfolio
Monitoring and improving operational KPIs for your restaurants
Becoming a key knowledge source and go-to person for restaurant-related strategies
Actively drive sales growth and leveraging Wolt's various promotional tools
Train and onboard Tier 1/Tier 2 venues
Collaborating closely with Finance, Analytics, and Marketing teams to address restaurant needs
Using data to drive commercial and strategic discussions with restaurant partners on a daily basis
Our humble expectations
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in key account management or business development (2-5 years)
- Deep understanding of the restaurant industry, including knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and restaurant needs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market dynamics, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
- Strong technical skills and logical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to engage with a diverse range of partners, from restaurant owners to managers, and adapt your approach accordingly.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for business growth.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Passion for developing and scaling restaurant partnerships in Israel.
- BA in Business Management – an advantage.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English – a must.
