Team description

Our Merchant Services team is the heart and soul of Wolt. We ensure that we set all our merchants up for success by providing a seamless onboarding, menu, and photo experience. As Wolt grows in scale and scope of offerings, the strength of our merchant services engine must grow with it.

As the Regional Vendor Manager, you will play a critical role in managing our vendor health, quality of services and performance apart from supporting the team with data-related requests and process documentation.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors across multiple markets to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), performance indicators and metrics as well as contractual obligations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to evaluate vendor performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose corrective actions to optimize service delivery.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within vendor management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Drive the implementation of global projects / programs to the local vendors servicing multiple markets in close collaboration with the global Vendor Management function

  • Create and maintain an operational handbook to make sure all our vendor related processes are kept up to date while being in sync with other internal key stakeholders such as IT security or compliance

  • You track, evaluate and report vendor performance and are participating in regular vendor performance reviews next to supporting the team with data requests and reporting

  • You establish a feedback loop between Wolt In-house teams and Vendors

Our humble expectations

  • Extensive, top-level experience in BPO relationship management and contract negotiation and administration

  • Expertise in contact center forecasting, scheduling and capacity planning, and working with skill-based contact routing environments

  • You are customer-centric - you have a customer-first mentality, are effective at working with people with varying degrees of technical ability
