As a Fleet Operations Specialist, you will be a key player in ensuring our fleet partnerships run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve various tasks to optimize our fleet partners' performance and ensure the highest standards of operational excellence. You will be responsible for everything from data analysis and reporting to managing key accounts and optimizing fleet utilization. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, being proactive, and having a strong analytical mindset is important. 

What you will be doing:

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze fleet performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities. Generate detailed reports and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Fleet Management: Monitor fleet partner status, optimize utilization and manage partnership agreements. Support fleet partners in addressing needs and challenges.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate fleet partner performance, set benchmarks and provide feedback to enhance efficiency and meet targets.
• Data Entry and Management: Maintain accurate records, update databases and ensure data integrity through high-quality standards.
• Cost Analysis and Budgeting: Conduct cost analysis, assist in budget planning and track expenses to identify savings and ensure budget adherence.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to regulations and safety standards, conduct audits and implement corrective actions.
• Process Optimization: Identify and address inefficiencies, streamline processes and improve operational performance.
• Account Management: Manage relationships with fleet partners and vendors, negotiate contracts and ensure service quality.
• Incident Reporting: Track, analyze and report incidents. Develop response protocols and preventive measures.
• Training and Development: Train team members and fleet partners, create training materials and support skill development initiatives.

• Relevant Experience: Ideally from logistics, operations, or a similar setting. Experience with data analysis and complex reporting is highly valued.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Looker or similar data analysis tools.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management and reporting. 
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, as well as independently.
• Adaptability: Fast learner, able to quickly adapt to new tools, processes, and information.
• Fluency in both Bulgarian & English is a must.
