As our Operations Associate - Courier Onboarding, you will be responsible for the supply of our Courier Partners in our region and making sure that they have everything needed in order to provide the best quality of service throughout all stages of delivery - from our restaurants & retailers to the customers.

In our Operations team, no day is the same, so you need to be self-motivated, driven to succeed, and have excellent interpersonal, and community-building skills!

What you'll be doing

• Onboard, retain and grow the number of happy Courier Partners on Wolt’s platform, to ensure a healthy and sustainable delivery operation.
• Handover gear to new and existing couriers
• Physically receive gear, maintain optimal stock levels
• Perform inventory counts, order courier gear
• Control daily courier supply to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Check documents and other information that courier partner applicants submit and reach out to them in case some information is missing or unclear
• Create and improve processes to drive operational efficiency to allow the business operations to scale efficiently.
• Share development ideas within the Operations team to improve ongoing tasks

• You have the ability to think analytically and use analytical tools, experience with tools such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
• You are able to conceptualize, improve and implement ideas and improvements in close collaboration with a team.
• Thorough and organized - you accomplish tasks with all ends tied and have great attention to detail.
• You are fluent in Bulgarian and English.
