As part of our expansion, we are soon launching in Uzbekistan! To get there, we must first assemble a team of motivated superheroes - we are now looking for Operations Associates to join our team! 

As Operations Associate, you will be responsible for onboarding our new Courier Partners and making sure that they have everything needed in order to provide the best quality of service throughout all stages of delivery - from our restaurants to the customers. You will also be working with analytical tools to analyze the balance between customer orders and the number of couriers. 

In our Operations team, no day is the same, so you need to be self-motivated, driven to succeed and have excellent interpersonal, and community building skills! Our operations run seven days a week and although this role is mainly a Monday to Friday job, sometimes it will require you to be available on the weekend or to travel to another city.

What you’ll be doing:

• Onboard, retain and grow the number of happy Courier Partners on Wolt’s platform, to ensure a healthy and sustainable delivery operation. 
• Create and improve processes to drive operational efficiency to allow the business operations to scale efficiently. 
• Reviewing Courier Partners’ payment and invoice data and details to ensure correct and timely payments 
• Helping Courier Partners and Courier Partner applicants with a wide range of questions that are related to their payments, entrepreneurship and cooperation with Wolt (while Wolt Support helps courier partners with live deliveries related questions) 
• Checking documents, invoicing details and other information that courier partner applicants submit and reach out to them in case some information is missing or unclear 
• Sharing development ideas within the Operations team to improve ongoing tasks 
   

• You are a people person, an excellent communicator and a big team motivator, as you will have daily contact with our Courier Partners. 
• You are a fast learner and attentive to both small details and the bigger picture. 
• You have a can-do attitude and are ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work in a fast-paced startup environment. 
• You have the ability to think analytically and use analytical tools, experience with tools such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is an advantage. 
• You are fluent in Uzbek, Russian and English.
