Role background

Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. Food delivery was just a start, and now we are exploring and expanding our platform with other business verticals in retail and grocery. We’ve grown significantly in the last few years, expanding our operations from just four countries across the Nordics, to 25 countries across Europe and Asia today. And we’re just getting started.

Our onboarding team is tasked with providing exceptional partner experience and outstanding service during the onboarding of our restaurant partners, which strongly contributes to long-term operational success.

As an Onboarding Manager you will help manage the partnership during the onboarding process, and ensure that all necessary data inputs are available in a timely manner.  Your team will also act as a key communicator between our operations team and restaurant partners in order to ensure a seamless onboarding process by driving the resolution of any obstacles encountered.

• You will lead by example and raise the bar of the service we provide. You set targets for yourself and your team and walk the extra mile to beat new records as a company. 
• You will quickly get Wolt under your skin and find the best talent with the right attitude while creating an environment where the team can develop through encouragement and empowerment. You will be providing performance feedback and making sure your team meets KPIs.
• Take care of your team by organising feedback sessions and group activities on a regular basis.
• You will translate the broader company goals and strategy into execution through members of your team.

• You are structured and you understand the need for process documentation and data discipline
• You are an analytical thinker and experienced working with data
• You are fluent in Albanian and English
