• Re-actively supporting our partners (restaurants and stores) via emails and/or phone.
• Improving processes together with the Merchant Services team and other departments.
• Building relationships with our partners by training them on using our systems and keeping them informed of any updates.
• Ensuring our partners meet the highest Wolt service standards by conducting frequent quality and satisfaction checks.
• Monitoring and resolving operational tasks of our partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Getting stuff done: hustle, hustle, hustle.

• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and also find yourself in teamwork.
• You are a quick learner and thinker, have no problem with multitasking and are ready to work in a dynamic environment.
• You have a can-do attitude and you are ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work in a fast paced team.
• You are fluent in Lithuanian and English.

The compensation for this role starts at 1427 EUR/month, gross.
