What you'll be doing:
- Build relationships with POS/ERP providers of application software deployed in the organization, and support them on a daily basis.
- Debugging the ongoing integrations with our POS/ ERP partners and help partners to keep their Wolt database up to date.
- Ensures establishment of documentation needed to configure, operate, and monitor integration solutions.
- Deploy new integration solutions within the organization’s architectural principles, policies, and guidelines.
- Participate in the planning and negotiation of integration projects with external partners. We are building, REST API Protocol with our integrators.
Our humble expectations
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Having experience in integrations at the API and SFTP levels, solid understanding of API authentication, request/response formats (JSON), and error handling
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge.
- Willingness to work with training materials and build the process from scratch
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as you will be working with a variety of people.
- Tech-savvy and a quick learner.
- Basic understanding of SQL is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Russian, Kazakh at least intermediate.
