About the internship:
We are seeking motivated Marketing Interns to support our growth in Berlin. Our marketing team operates at the intersection of data, creativity, and execution, driving growth across multiple markets. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on marketing experience in one of the fastest growing companies. You will be working closely with our experienced marketing teams and leadership, contributing to the growth of Wolt by making sure our marketing efforts are efficient and effective. Key Responsibilities:
We believe in the “learning by doing” approach and giving people full opportunity to learn by working next to the best marketing experts. That’s why you will join us and work as one of the marketing members and not just doing admin jobs.
As a Marketing Intern, you’ll be embedded within one of our dynamic marketing teams—Performance Marketing, Marketing Automation, or Regional Marketing—working on real-world projects that drive our company’s growth. Your responsibilities may include:
Performance Marketing Track
Supporting paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Assisting with A/B testing and performance analysis
Conducting market research to identify growth opportunities
Collaborating with design teams to develop high-impact creatives
Marketing Automation Track
Helping build and optimize automated marketing flows (CRM, email, push notifications)
Assisting with segmentation, personalization, and analytics
Supporting customer lifecycle and retention initiatives
Utilizing the newest marketing tools and technologies to drive growth
Regional Marketing Track
Supporting localized marketing campaigns across different countries
Conducting research on market trends and competitor activities
Assisting in content creation for social media, blogs, and email marketing
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage campaigns for different regions
Our humble expectations
Our humble expectations:
Education: Currently in your final year of studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science/Analysis or similar field with a strong academic track record.
Analytical: You feel comfortable analyzing data on Excel and making informed decisions based on numbers.
Data-Based Marketing: You are curious to understand how marketing drives our business growth, and already have a basic understanding of data-based marketing. Experience from online marketing from a previous internship or extracurricular positions is considered a plus, helping you thrive in this role.
Proactive Self-Starter: You like taking initiative, often have great ideas about how to improve things, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will be given ownership of your own topics with proper guidance.
- Clear Communicator: You can showcase your strong verbal and written communication skills in English in the way you bring up innovative ideas, voice your opinions and interact with people around you.
