Wolt Austria, launched in 2023 and now available in six cities, is forming partnerships with a rapidly growing number of restaurants and retail partners. Our mission is to make cities better by empowering and growing local communities. We aim to simplify our customers’ busy lives, help local stores and restaurants increase their sales, and provide flexible earning opportunities for our courier partners.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dynamic and skilled Junior Partner Manager to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with a blend of analytical expertise, project management acumen, customer-centric focus, and business insight. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives, delivering actionable insights, and fostering customer satisfaction, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and success.
What you’ll be doing:
Extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights.
Use data to inform decision-making and drive meaningful business improvements.
Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, manage stakeholders, and maintain clear, effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Understand customer needs and resolve issues effectively to build trust and satisfaction.
Keep the customer experience at the forefront to foster positive relationships and ensure long-term loyalty.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of core business metrics and drivers of success.
Make strategic, data-driven decisions that align with the company’s overall strategy and growth objectives.

A solid understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and strategic goals.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Fluent in German, with excellent communication skills in English.
