As an Imaging Operations Specialist, you will have a very clear focus on improving merchant image coverage across various categories on the Wolt platform. You will work in a very data-driven environment, where decisions should reflect a focus on efficiency, impact and revenue. As the end-to-end owner, you will be the person setting the direction for the merchant team as a whole. As such, you will be working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processes, high-quality outputs and most importantly efficient operations.

You will be pivotal in defining and improving processes and ensuring imaging is a key part of the merchant lifecycle - all the way from acquisition to account management. In continuation, you will also be heavily involved in creating and defining best practices from a data-driven perspective, as you’re identifying the best way forward. Finally, you will be the local go-to person when it comes to imaging while continuously maintaining a high standard in your own work.

What you’ll be doing:

• Extract, analyze and act upon data related to imaging activities on the Wolt platform, in order to make sure we’re focused on making solid data-driven decisions with long-term perspectives.
• Collaborate with sales, onboarding, and external photo partners to ensure imaging is always prioritized with clear guidelines for accountability. 
• Track imaging KPIs, provide reports, and contribute to forecasting and budgeting while acting as the primary imaging expert for the Danish market.
• Strong collaboration with our central imaging team as the primary point of contact for Denmark in everything related to imaging, best practices, strategy and goals.
• Streamline and enhance image-related processes from partner onboarding to live status, focusing on automation and scalability.
• Manage our stock-photo bank and oversee timely and high-quality image uploads for merchant partners.
• Oversee that professional photoshoots are continuously carried out by our external partners in an efficient and timely manner, as well as making sure we successfully create a tried-and-tested framework for convincing partners that photos are necessary.

• Strong data-driven individual with an analytical mindset is a requirement to succeed in the role.
• Previous experience in business operations, project management or sales operations is a plus.
• Previous experience working with and managing external partnerships is a plus.
• Curious about how things work and how to constantly optimize merchant and user experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work-streams at the same time.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on excellent stakeholder management.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms, as well as teaching others how to do the same.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage complex workflows.
• Fluency in English to be able to both communicate with partners, as well as internal/external stakeholders. Being able to speak and write Danish is a plus, but not necessary to succeed in the role.
