Key Responsibilities:

• Be the architect of change: Collaborate with functional top-tier leadership to embed our leadership philosophy in their teams., embedding our core values and global culture. You'll define what it means to be a Wolt leader, setting a standard that resonates worldwide.

• Bring our vision to life: Craft a robust framework outlining the skills and behaviors expected at all leadership levels. You’re the creator of the blueprint that guides our leaders from their first team lead role to senior positions.

• Design and deliver transformative programs: Develop scalable training and coaching initiatives that not only equip leaders with essential skills but also reflect your hands-on approach in training and event hosting.

• Measure and celebrate success: Evaluate the impact of your initiatives by defining the right metrics to track and turning insights into actions. 

• Create the ultimate toolkit: Develop comprehensive guides and toolkits for every step of the leadership journey, making excellence in leadership an accessible goal for all.

• Cultivate a community of growth: Foster an environment where knowledge is not just acquired but shared, mentoring relationships flourish, and leaders at all levels grow together.

• Drive forward-thinking leadership: Stay ahead of the curve in leadership trends and practices, turning insights into actionable, forward-thinking strategies for Wolt.

• Global leadership expertise: Extensive experience in developing and implementing global leadership programs, with a deep understanding of diverse cultural nuances and leadership styles.

• HR/L&D mastery: Strong background in in-house HR or Learning & Development, adept in a range of training methods (eLearning, classroom, coaching, mentoring).

• Strategic and hands-on approach: Capability to both strategize and execute the leadership development roadmap.

• Senior stakeholder management: Proven skills in influencing and guiding senior leaders, particularly through change.

• Excellent communication: Must possess outstanding English language skills for effective global communication.

• People-centric focus: A strong passion for enhancing employee experience and development.

• Data-driven: Skilled in using data to assess and guide leadership initiatives.

• Adaptive and growth-oriented: Demonstrated adaptability and a growth mindset, especially valuable in tech or rapidly growing companies.
