Wolt is a technology company and we are best known for our food delivery platform. Food delivery was just a start, and now we are exploring and expanding our platform with other business verticals in Retail and Grocery. Our Global Quality Compliance team plays a key role in supporting new business verticals by developing and implementing global quality standards while ensuring product compliance across multiple categories, including both food and non-food products. You will work directly with our 20+ markets, local operations teams, and other central functions to enhance existing product compliance standards and processes.
In this role, you will have the support of our fantastic team, but with your expertise, we expect you to be a highly independent professional with exceptional execution skills every single day.
What you’ll be doing
- You will be working independently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure that Wolt products comply with the EU General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) and other relevant EU regulations.
- Collaborate with global and local suppliers to ensure compliance with product safety standards and documentation requirements (e.g., certificates of conformity, product testing, labeling, CE marking, etc.).
- Ensure that corrective actions are effectively implemented and monitored with suppliers.
- Support local Category Managers and Operations teams in quality assurance, product compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform product compliance audits.
Our humble expectations
- Bachelor’s degree related to engineering or business.
- Relevant experience in Product Compliance and Regulatory compliance.
- Good understanding of EU regulation (GPSR, REACH, CE Marking, Food Safety regulation).
- Proven knowledge of basic product compliance practices.
- Relevant experience as an auditor.
- Experience in the E-commerce / Retail.
- Experience leading education and training initiatives.

- You have a hands-on mentality and you thrive in an environment that involves problem-solving and finding creative and innovative solutions.
- You have experience working in an international business environment.
- You are fluent in English and eligible to work in the EU.
- You will be based in Poland with annual travel activity up to 60 days.
