As Global Manager, Wolt Rewards, you are responsible for driving capital efficient growth of our consumer loyalty program Wolt Rewards. Your focus will be to execute, track and monitor initiatives to improve our consumer engagement, making our users come back to our platform again and again, excited with the service and experience they have with Wolt. This role requires a perfect mix of analytical mindset and creative thinking.
You will play a key role driving our program success globally, working closely together with various other stakeholders, especially in Marketing, Merchant, Analytics and Product teams, as well as the broader Global Consumer team.
What you'll do:
Own globally various aspects of the Wolt Rewards program, primarily related to its Gamification theme:
Identify the concepts that should improve Rewards engagement metrics
Define the layer of Engagement metrics measuring Gamification success (screentime, click per visit etc)
Perform market research of various gamification themes beyond food delivery, and propose the ways it could be applied with Rewards
Work with Analytics team to:
Formulate hypotheses on what metrics a proposed concept should improve, size its potential impact, and coordinate the testing once MVP is released
Surface data that would serve us to track the next layer of Engagement metrics (that will track our success in Gamification theme)
Work with Product team to:
Provide detailed & concrete proposals on Gaming concepts that would improve Consumer engagement with Rewards based on gaming industry benchmarks, while ensuring they’re in line with Wolt business model
Work with PR & Communications to:
Coordinate comms execution for big product releases (eg Level names changes, social features intro, achievements etc)
Our humble expectations
Master’s or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, data science or a related field.
Previous experience in Gaming industry or Loyalty programs; alternatively, strong track-record in Tech, Investment Banking or Strategy Consulting with relevant exposure
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decisions; business modeling and SQL knowledge is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
