Today we operate in over 500 cities across 28 countries, and we’ll continue growing rapidly. We’re now on the lookout for an Employer Brand Manager to join us to support us with the next steps of our growth journey.
As Employer Brand Manager for our non-tech teams, you’ll have the ownership to drive various global and local employer branding projects and initiatives across our organization. Get ready to jump into the shoes of various types of candidates! You’ll work closely with our high-volume hiring teams to find scalable strategies to attract hourly workers for our Wolt Market stores, and our support team. And the next day you might be innovating and executing tactics to find sales people to help grow our business further.
You’ll join our small, yet mighty Talent Marketing and Employer Branding team at an exciting time. While we’ve laid some foundations for our employer branding, we’re only just getting started. What you’ll be doing
You’re the expert of your field, so we look for you to build and own your roadmap. Day-to-day in this role:
You’ll define, build and own the execution of the annual employer branding roadmap for non-tech employer branding efforts, designed to deliver meaningful results for talent attraction. As we operate globally, you’ll need to innovate efficient, scalable ways to support the hiring areas that need employer branding the most.
You’ll bring to life careers at Wolt by building engaging content: You’ll dive deep into the world of your target audience and build engaging content that attracts them to join Wolt.
You’ll work with different types of marketing and branding tactics. Depending on the project you might be working with both offline and online channels, including paid/organic social, email marketing, content, events, PR opportunities, partnerships and advertising. You don’t need to know it all before, but we’d love you to be excited to dive into testing and trialing new things.
You’ll be a trusted partner to recruiters and the business: You’ll work closely with a bunch of teams at Wolt. You’re embedded in our Talent Marketing & Employer Brand team, but work closely with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, Comms, Brand, Marketing, Analytics to ensure appropriate insights and support to advise our EB strategies.
You’ll help us build guides, toolkits and training to boost ambassadorship and scale the way we work: This means ideating and building better processes and materials to allow our hiring teams & recruiters to utilize employer brand materials and act as our ambassadors to scale our message.
You’ll work in a data-driven way, building and tracking KPIs for your employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts, and reporting performance to hiring teams, recruiters and senior key stakeholders.
Our humble expectations
We’d hope you to have:
At least two years of experience of employer branding
A passion and skills for storytelling and content creation
Experience with paid and organic marketing across multiple channels and tools
Experience with various online and offline marketing tactics
Experience creating annual employer branding roadmaps and measuring impact
The ability to drive things forward in a very autonomous manner
Excellent project management skills
Experience and skills to navigate a growth organization and competing priorities
Clear communication skills - you’ll be working with various stakeholders in English, and hands-on building engaging content
