We’re excited to welcome a new Employer Brand Manager to take a firm hold of our employer branding within the product development organization (engineering, design, data & analytics and product management), which we call Product+ at Wolt. We’re happy and humbled to be an interesting employer to many, thanks to our strong consumer brand, but we feel there’s plenty of work to be done for us to be the tech employer of choice. Will you help us get there?
We’re looking for an experienced employer branding professional to join our small, yet mighty Talent Marketing and Employer Brand team. This is an exciting chance to own tech employer branding efforts in a fast-growing, global company. Today, Wolt operates in 28 countries and 500 cities across the world. Over the past three years our Product+ organization has grown from 300 to almost 1000 people, and keeps on growing 🚀 In this role, you’ll support this growth through employer branding activities with a strong focus on our largest tech hub locations Finland, Sweden, and Germany.
So far we’ve been laying the foundations for our tech employer brand, establishing our tech event & community strategy, our Wolt Tech blog and Wolt Tech Talks podcast, and started to build our narrative around how we build beautiful products, the Wolt way. We’ve tested and trialled different things and have an engaged bunch of tech folks eager to jump in to help out through various employer branding tactics. But we’re only just getting started. With the growth of our business, new tech hubs, teams and projects, there are a lot of stories to tell, projects to get your hands on and exciting things yet to build. What you’ll be doing
You’re the expert in your field, so we look for you to build, own and implement your roadmap designed to deliver measurable results. We’re looking for someone who will innovate ways in which we can scale our employer branding efforts to new heights globally 🌍
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Drive and own the hands-on execution of various tech employer branding projects to help our talent acquisition team with their hiring goals.
Own our tech events strategy - you’ll be involved in building and implementing our meetup strategy and support our tech folks who speak at external events.
Manage our tech employer branding channels and bring to life our tech employer brand value proposition via various types of content.
Define, build and own the execution of the annual employer brand roadmap for tech employer branding, designed to deliver meaningful results for talent attraction.
Ensure hype and buy-in within the organization for employer branding activities. This will mean being an advocate for your own work, as well as training others on the topic.
Closely cooperate teams across Wolt - with our Product teams, Tech Talent Acquisition Partners, Talent Marketing, Marketing, Brand and Communications & PR teams to ensure appropriate insight and support to advise our EB strategies.
Support internal community events such as Wolt Hackathons and Product Week, to ensure consistent messaging of tech at Wolt internally and externally.
Our humble expectations
We’d hope you to have:
At least two years of experience of employer branding in a tech organization, ideally including experience with technical audiences
A passion & skills for storytelling and content creation
Experience with creating employer branding roadmaps and measuring impact
Experience with paid and organic marketing across multiple channels and tools
Experience with community building and management
The ability to drive things forward in a very autonomous manner
Excellent project management skills
Experience and skills with navigating a growth organization and competing priorities
Clear communication skills - you’ll be working with various stakeholders in English, and hands-on building engaging content
