We are looking for a Design Operations Intern to join Wolt’s Central Design team.
As the international side of Doordash business, Wolt is active in 28 countries outside of the US and growing. The Central Design team focuses on providing one north star experience to all our customers at Wolt. You'll be collaborating closely with research, motion, content design, as well as the design systems and operations team.
At its core, Design Operations is about designing the best experience for designers, so they can design the best experience for customers. If you’re passionate about operational excellence and enjoy crafting seamless experiences for designers so they can do their best work for customers, this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
You’ll empower the wider Wolt Design team to achieve its mission to “craft delightful experiences that differentiate Wolt, inspire customer loyalty, and drive business success.” You’ll do this through your contribution to a wide range of initiatives:
People
Wolt Design’s vision is “happy customers make happy designers”. You’ll help ensure an engaged and proud Design team by helping organise community events, promote the team’s work internally and externally, etc.Process
Excellent process plays a big role in shaping an excellent product. You’ll help ensure a productive and efficient Design team by helping manage tooling (e.g. software access), maintain up-to-date documentation (e.g. research repository), etc.Product
We work with cross-functional partners to build delightful products. You’ll help ensure a high-performing and collaborative Design team by helping manage complex projects involving diverse stakeholders, provide ad-hoc operational support, etc.

Are located in Berlin, able to visit the office at least once a week.
- Are eligible to work in Germany for the duration of the program (no relocation or visa support available).
You will get extensive support and mentoring from the Wolt community to help you learn and grow into your role. This is a full-time paid position in Berlin, Germany and it will last 4 months. The salary will be 4229 € gross/month.

After that, the process includes an interview with our Design Operations Lead, a case study, and a final interview with a Senior Design Lead.
