The Regional CRM Specialist, reporting to the Regional CRM Manager, is responsible for execution and optimization of our customer communication efforts across the region. Your primary focus will be on utilizing a data-driven approach to enhance customer experiences, drive engagement, improve retention and maximize customer loyalty, through effective tailored communication. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement CRM initiatives that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the regional plan for customer communication and communication inventory including email/push/SMS and in-app messaging
- Understand the full range of communication, including global programs and local sends to our user bases.
- Segment customer databases based on demographics, behaviors, and purchase history to personalize communications and offers.
- Execute the regional communication plan, monitor feedback and opt-outs where needed.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, CTRs, conversion rates, and CLV to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights and track progress towards CRM goals and objectives.
- Create a clear communication plan overview that is shareable with regional and global stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the global marketing automation team to align regional strategies with global standards.
Our humble expectations
- You have 2+ years of CRM/Lifecycle Marketing, retention marketing experience, or in a digital marketing/analytics function that uses email marketing, mobile marketing, and other owned channels is acceptable.
- You have experience using marketing automation tools or email marketing platforms EMS to personalise customer journeys (i.e Emarsys, Iterable, Sailthru, Salesforce, or Marketing Cloud)
- You have experience working with complex localised and regional marketing projects, coordinating logistics with many different international partners
- You have experience working with technical and business teams in different countries and time-zones.
- You have experience using marketing and product analytics tools
- You have experience with project management tools, (JIRA or similar) and the ability to use them for streamlined marketing operations and team collaboration
