Since launching in Tel Aviv in 2018, Wolt has rapidly expanded across Israel, now operating in over 200 locations. To keep up with this phenomenal growth, our marketing efforts have evolved significantly. We're seeking a Courier Marketing Manager to spearhead our courier recruitment marketing strategy, reporting directly to the Courier Supply Operations Manager.

The Courier Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving courier recruitment through innovative advertising campaigns (both in-house and with agencies), managing marketing assets, and optimizing the courier onboarding funnel with ensuring sufficient incoming leads. You will play a crucial role in ensuring we have a steady stream of couriers to meet our operational needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and Execute Recruitment Campaigns: Develop and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns aimed at attracting potential couriers.

• Manage Marketing Assets: Oversee the creation and maintenance of all courier marketing materials, ensuring they are compelling and effective.

• Optimize Onboarding Funnel: Analyze and improve the courier onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience from application to activation.

• Collaborate with Agencies: Work closely with marketing agencies to ensure campaigns are aligned with our brand and goals.

• Performance Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects related to courier recruitment marketing, coordinating with various teams to achieve our objectives.

• Innovation and Creativity: Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table to stay ahead in the competitive market.

• Event Coordination: Design and plan recruiting events, such as job fairs and community outreach programs, and serve as a brand ambassador at these events.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in marketing (preferably in brand marketing) with a solid understanding of performance marketing, landing pages, and funnels.

• Skills: Proficiency in leading cross-functional digital campaigns and project management.

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze vast amounts of data and transform insights into actionable strategies.

• Creativity: A flair for crafting compelling marketing assets and campaigns.

• Collaboration: Experience working with agencies and internal teams to drive successful outcomes.

• Languages: Fluent in English and Hebrew.

• Location: Based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
