Role Background
Our Global Content Team needs a new Content Specialist to support our team and help with maintaining the information inflow towards Support as well as ensuring that we present all information to our colleagues in the same constantly high quality and clear style. Youโll need to have a very deep knowledge of Woltโs support processes, our products and guidelines, but also the gift to display new information in a simple and easily accessible way for varying audiences.
As the Content Specialist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and relevance of content that supports the daily operations of our team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and update key resources, including internal knowledge bases and policy documentation.
What youโll be doing:
You will manage and maintain the Content Intake Form: ensure the proper flow and prioritization of content requests by maintaining the content intake system, ensuring requests are well-documented, categorized, and actioned promptly.
You will keep our Knowledge Base up to date: regularly review, edit, and update articles to ensure content is current, accurate, and aligned with operational needs and company policies.
You will assist in Policy Updates: collaborate with other stakeholder teams to ensure timely and accurate updates to company policies, ensuring they are properly documented and communicated to relevant teams.
You will create Content: develop and write a variety of internal content materials, including newsletters, project reports, and other documentation, ensuring that all communications are clear, professional, and aligned with company standards.

You know how to manage policy documentation: youโre proficient in creating and maintaining policy documents collaboratively with stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
You have strong writing and editing skills: youโre capable of producing professional internal content, such as newsletters, reports, and instructional documents.
You are detail-oriented: youโre meticulous in reviewing content for consistency, clarity, and adherence to company standards.
You are an effective communicator and team player: you easily collaborate with others, adapt your tone for different audiences, and ensure everyone is on the same page.
You are committed to process improvement: youโre always looking for ways to streamline and improve processes for faster and better results.
You are fluent in English (excellent written and verbal)
