📍The Wolt Security team is distributed across many locations in Finland, Sweden and Germany. We are looking to fill the role either as a remote role in Finland or Sweden, or as office-based/hybrid role at our office locations in Helsinki or Stockholm.

In this role you’ll get to:

• Improve our cloud infrastructure security (Kubernetes on top of AWS). At least initially, we expect most focus to be on the core AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes and IAM
• Solve security-related questions and implement requests related to our cloud services
• Guide our engineering teams in aspects of our cloud infrastructure, especially on security, privacy and technical compliance

Over time, your role can evolve depending on your interests and skills. Wolt is a large place and there’s a lot to do!

This position is ideal for someone who would describe themselves as a cloud sysadmin, having an SRE role, or being a DevOps engineer. You are likely to have at least 3 years of full-time experience working in information technology.

• Have hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform. This is a “must” requirement
• Are quick to learn nuances in a wide variety of additional services that relate to running and deploying workloads on the infrastructure cloud
• Are comfortable with Linux, to the level of essential systems administration on the command line
• Are comfortable scripting your way through boring stuff, for example, in Python or bash
• Have a strong work ethic, are organized and follow things through
• Can communicate clearly and provide good visibility to issues as they progress
• Can see through issues that have many aspects and different - often also non-technical and business-related - considerations
• Can collaborate well with developers
• Are not scared of submitting and reviewing Pull Requests
• And as Wolt’s company language is English, you’d need to be fluent in both spoken and written English
